Easy and simple is how I like it. This place and the people are great. The storage area is drive up, meaning no hassle trying to get to my unit. It’s also in a very convenient location.

My friend asked for help moving some of his girlfriend's furniture out of a house down the road. I only had a few hours because my young son has severe separation anxiety, and when we showed up with our first pickup load, the gate code didn't work. We tried calling the number on the gate but kept getting an automated message. Eventually after 20 minutes my friends girlfriend (the account owner) got a hold of someone who told her that even though she reserved the unit several days before the facility was closed until further notice. Anyway 5/5 will use again, even though my buddy was arrested taking the dump-load to his brother-in-law's house.

I used this storage service for 2 years and the managers were very friendly and courteous. When they were making some upgrades on the buildings, they made sure I was not inconvenienced. I only left their service because I moved out of the area. Thank you
